Conference Programme 2009
The 31st Annual Motorship Propulsion & Emissions Conference focuses on key topics affecting the global shipping industry, with particular emphasis on environmental issues, clean fuels, tackling the carbon issue, advances in propulsion systems and shipowners' perspectives on new maritime innovations and regulations.
The theme for the 2009 Conference is 'Saving fuel for lower costs and lower emissions'.
The two day Conference comprises over thirty high calibre papers, presented by maritime industry experts and a shipowners' discussion session on carbon and sulphur emission issues.
Delegates include shipowners and operators, shipbuilders and repairers, associations, suppliers, engineers, designers and academics.
The Conference will discuss the following topics;
