Per A. Brinchmann holds a master degree in marine engineering and naval architecture. He has held various positions within marine research, equipment manufacturing and ship owning companies. He is now managing director, a consultancy company which is also the integrated design and new-building department of shipowner Wilh WIlhelmsen in Oslo.
