The 31st Annual Motorship
Propulsion & Emissions Conference 2009!
26 & 27 May 2009, SAS Radisson Scandinavia, Copenhagen, Denmark
The 31st Annual Motorship Propulsion & Emissions Conference takes place on the 26 & 27 May 2009 in the historic maritime city of Copenhagen, Denmark. The conference is once again supported by BIMCO, the world's largest private shipping organization and SEAaT, The Shipping Emissions and Abatement Society. The Conference Chairman is Lars Carlsson, The Chairman of the Executive Committee of SEAaT.
The conference will focus on key topics affecting the global shipping industry, with particular emphasis on environmental issues. The theme for the 2009 conference is 'Saving fuel for lower costs and lower emissions.'
Last year's Conference, which took place in Gothenburg, Sweden, was extremely successful, attended by more than 100 international delegates. There were 19 papers delivered by high calibre, expert speakers from the marine and propulsion technology sectors.
